Return Conditions

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Keep the original tags and packaging.
  • Present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the process, contact us at soporte.es@vacavaliente.com. Once the request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted!

Return Shipping Costs

Within Spain

  • Our mistake (defective or incorrect product): we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Customer change of mind: shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

From the European Union (EU)

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss or delays.

From outside the EU

  • All costs associated with the return (shipping, import/export fees, duties) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The package must be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Packages with pending charges will be rejected.
  • Include your order number on the label or in the package comments for faster identification.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

If you have any doubts about product eligibility, please contact us before sending it back.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of receipt by emailing soporte.es@vacavaliente.com, attaching photos of the problem and the order number. We will offer a solution (replacement, refund, or repair).

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

If your order was shipped to an EU country, you have 14 calendar days to cancel or return your purchase without justification, according to European consumer law.

Requirements:

  • The product must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect products.

Refunds

Refund Process:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used, within a maximum of 20 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may take a few extra days to reflect the transaction.
